In this role, you’ll be responsible for conducting nightly site visits, ensuring work meets the highest standards, and fostering relationships with the cleaning crews who deliver our services. Your work here will matter, every day.</li></ul>If you have the janitorial experience, management skills, and drive we’re looking for—and you thrive in a role where you visit sites, solve challenges, and build relationships—we want to hear from you!Requirements<ul><li>High school diploma required or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry. </li><li>3 years of prior experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or locations.</li><li>Building, facilities, janitorial or similar industry experience a plus!</li><li>Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement.</li><li>CRM experience preferred.</li><li>Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus, as many of our cleaning company owners and crews primarily speak Spanish.</li><li>Strong leadership with the ability to balance feedback—motivating crews by recognizing their efforts while addressing areas for improvement.</li><li>Ability to read and follow customized scopes of work and evaluate crew performance accordingly.</li><li>Must be comfortable using a smartphone for reports, taking photos, and communicating via mobile software.</li><li>A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit multiple job sites every evening.</li></ul>Physical DemandsThe physical demands are representative of requirements that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services, including group therapy, discharge planning, assessments, and treatment planning to a diverse client population.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for performing psycho-social assessments on all patients to determine social service needs, diagnosis and plan of care.</li><li>Evaluates patient data and develops and implements a plan of care for the patient.</li><li>Works cooperatively as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team.</li><li>Completes progress notes in a timely manner.</li><li>Appropriately utilizes established resources to assist in completing case management duties independently.</li><li>Documents treatment provided to patients in their medical record based on established case management guidelines.</li><li>Completes all reports for suspected abuse as legally mandated and consistently informs supervisor.</li><li>Provides individual patient and family therapy and crisis intervention</li><li>Communicates with family members and caretakers regarding the needs of the patient and anticipated plans.</li><li>Creates appropriate discharge plans as needed for the patient’s discharge. </li><li>Conducts evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups</li><li>Schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 12:00pm to 8:30pm and Thursday, Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm</li><li>Sign on bonus of $1,000.00</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Master's Degree required</li><li>Current Nevada State Clinical Internship or Clinical Licensure required (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC or Board Approved Internship)</li><li>One (1) year of clinical work with experience in diagnosis, psychotherapy and assessment based treatment planning preferred</li><li>Experience with therapeutic limit-setting or an understanding of level systems or other behavior management modalities helpful</li><li>Ability to maintain professional boundaries</li></ul>BenefitsA full benefits package is available the first of the month following just one (1) month of employment for full-time employees!
