Reporting to the Senior Director, Pricing & Contracting, this role partners with Finance, Market Access, Legal, Compliance, Commercial Operations, government pricing consultants, and external vendors to ensure accurate contract implementation, government price reporting, state transparency reporting, and maintenance of pricing-related systems and records. Develop and maintain complete records, SOPs, work instructions, and control documentation supporting pricing and contracting decisions, government pricing calculations and reporting, rebate payments and accruals, state transparency reporting, SOX requirements, and internal and external audits.
