Work with internal resources, including Construction Management, Marketing, Estimating, Scheduling, and Engineering Services, to develop project-specific content for proposals and interviews, which may include estimates, systems cost options analysis, value management, logistics plans, schedules, schedule options analysis, or other project approach content. Lead or attend all pertinent preconstruction meetings & become the go-to resource who ensures schedule, cost, quality, and constructability considerations become an integral part of all design decisions and ensure no surprises in the areas of cost, schedule, and quality.
