The Marketing Manager works closely with District Managers, Area Directors, RVPs, and leaders across the organization to develop and execute marketing plans that support enrollment growth, new market expansion, and the overall New Horizon Academy brand. The role supports established locations as well as new market and school growth across New Horizon Academy's 100+ locations, including Minnesota, Idaho, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, and incoming Wisconsin and North Carolina locations, as well as Kinderberry Hill locations.
