You'll partner with ownership, spa managers, and location-level Esthetics Leads to develop teams, drive department performance, strengthen education, and create a consistent, exceptional esthetics experience across all five locations. It is a multi-unit business and people leadership role for someone who understands the esthetics industry and knows how to turn great teams into high-performing departments.
