To be qualified for this position your experience must include: Applying the laws, regulations, and policies governing Federal printing and publishing activities, including United States Code Title 44, Government Publishing Office (GPO) regulations, Joint Committee on Printing requirements, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Treasury Directives, and Internal Revenue Manual (IRM) provisions, as well as the ability to interpret and integrate these authorities to develop policies, procedures, and program guidance affecting complex, nationwide operations. Evaluating a multifunctional publishing program; establishing goals and performance metrics; allocating resources; and implementing process improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness including budget formulation and execution, capital investment analysis, and workforce planning sufficient to advise senior leadership on program direction, operational performance, and long-range planning.
