Coordinate with OIT & A/V, Facilities, Police Department, and Campus Services to execute all event logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, catering, audiovisual needs, transportation, on-site coordination, and event setup and breakdown. Signature Events are high-visibility external and internal engagements that elevate TSTC's presence, strengthen relationships with students, community members, industry partners, and elected officials, and reinforce institutional priorities.
