Overview:$17.00/hour As the Events & Execution Assistant, you’ll coordinate and execute all Group Sales and Sponsorship events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experiences. You'll be the vital link between clients, sales teams, and park departments, delivering unforgettable events and supporting sponsorship activations. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with the Area Manager of Events & Execution to manage client, sales, and park communications for Group Sales events.</li><li>Lead day-of event execution for corporate outings, youth programs, and other group events, managing support teams and addressing client needs.</li><li>Ensure accurate event orders, catering arrangements, billing, and data entry in collaboration with sales support staff.</li><li>Support on-site sponsorship activations, ensuring in-park visibility aligns with national and regional agreements, and provide event documentation for recaps.</li><li>Serve as the central communication hub between clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver top-tier experiences.</li><li>Travel to assist with events at other park locations as needed.</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li>Minimum age of 16.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Windows.</li><li>Experience with Sales-force CRM is a plus.</li><li>Strong time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Friendly, outgoing personality and customer service experience.</li><li>Physical Requirements:</li><li>Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds.</li><li>Frequently sitting, standing, bending, and grasping.</li><li>Typing speed of 40 words per minute with 90% accuracy.</li><li>Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation.</li><li>Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs. </li><li>Ability to pass a drug test and background check if 18 or older.</li></ul>

Job Summary:Provides high-level support on designated priority functions for the executive leadership team and the board at Roppe Holding Company. This role is vital to the efficient operation of the executive leadership team, requiring exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Executive Assistant will manage employee events, complex calendars, coordinate travel, handle confidential information, and serve as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders. May include weekends and holidays.</li><li>Weekly hours 25-30 per week-dependent on game schedule.
