Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in manufacturing, engineering technology, quality, or a related field, a plus 13 years of experience in quality control, manufacturing, inspection, or a related technical environment preferred Experience working with mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical products preferred Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions Experience using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and similar inspection equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or defects Basic understanding of manufacturing and quality control principles Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or similar tools Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to accurately record inspection and test results Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing and laboratory environment Familiarity with ISO 13485 or other regulated quality systems, a plus.
