Coordinate with all event hosts and staff, non-UTMB contract employees, contract kitchen staff, and University Events management to provide services to multiple locations on different campuses within the UTMB Health System. Actively practices principles learned, including, but not limited to, the following topics: universal precautions, patient rights, fire safety, disaster preparedness, general safety, hazard communication, continuous process improvements, and HACCP.
