Depending on the role, these responsibilities can include responding to resident requests and work orders; providing concierge and resident services; entering apartments; conducting inspections; performing maintenance, repairs, and other handyperson duties; managing building operations; supervising or coordinating building staff, vendors, and contractors; responding to emergencies; and performing other resident management and property-related responsibilities.
