As a Transactions Assistant, working in collaboration with and in support of the firm's strategic initiatives, you will assist the paralegals and/or attorneys by maintaining and organizing files; preparing and updating closing checklists; preparing and compiling transaction documents; updating and maintaining databases; preparing closing books, obtaining information for internal and external sources, and performing other administrative tasks.
