Working closely with owners, engineers, architects, trade partners, and project teams, you'll develop conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, GMP proposals, value engineering solutions, bid strategies, and cost models that help deliver successful projects from planning through construction. The ideal candidate brings experience estimating industrial, manufacturing, automotive, heavy commercial, mission-critical, or process facility projects and has a strong understanding of construction means and methods, subcontractor procurement, conceptual estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost planning, and risk analysis.
