Responsibilities: o This position is responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of Disney-produced and private events for Cotino community, Artisan Club and Cotino Bay Beach, Dining and Shops, and will provide support for sales events for brokers and potential homeowners as needed. o Manage all stages of event cycle including inquiries, create proposals, host site visits, complete contracts and Banquet Event Orders, plan logistics with vendors and partners, and serve as point of contact at event.
