5 or more years of general maintenance experience in an office, retail, or facilities environment preferred (or an equivalent combination of skills and hands-on experience), including the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and gauges, and basic skills in plumbing, painting, and electrical work . Perform maintenance and repairs for office areas, furnishings, bathrooms, and equipment, including kitchen appliances, plumbing, painting, light HVAC and electrical work, copier repairs, and other equipment used in business operations .
