The primary purpose of this role is to provide expert military analysis and planning for readiness-related policies, plans, and instructions, ensuring alignment between Office of the Secretary of War (OSW), Joint Staff, Air Force readiness objectives, and Air Force Major Commands (MAJCOMs). The individual will be responsible for interpreting higher-headquarters guidance, analyzing its impact on Air Force readiness, conduct cross-functional planning across the Joint Staff and A-Staff, and coordinating plan implementation with MAJCOMs and relevant stakeholders.
