8+ years of experience with the maintenance requirements of electrical facility systems, such as electrical distribution (up to 15kV) , HVAC equipment, and facility piping systems, plus the associated controls and instrumentation for basic facility equipment and systems. Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, squat, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service equipment, using fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to visually inspect machines.
