Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field and 10+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and/or materials management within a manufacturing environment OR Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and/or materials management within a manufacturing environment OR Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and/or materials management within a manufacturing environment OR 15+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and/or materials management within a manufacturing environment. This role is a critical role in enabling the site to meet business objectives by aligning raw material availability supporting production and delivery requirements while simultaneously partnering with strategic sourcing to reduce inventory and improve inventory/working capital turns and manage supplier relationships & performance.
