Extensive knowledge of Texas rules and regulations related to facilities, construction, procurement, and event operations (or ability to rapidly assimilate); strong planning and project management skills; ability to direct and manage the work of others; sound judgment under the pressure of live events and competing deadlines; and a collaborative, service-oriented leadership style. This individual will oversee all aspects of athletic facilities, game and event operations, and capital project planning and execution across Mean Green Athletics, serving as the department''s primary strategic and operational leader for the physical spaces where UNT competes, trains, and welcomes fans, donors, and recruits.
