p>This role partners closely with Sales Manager, Culinary, and Restaurant Leadership teams to provide an exceptional guest experience from event handoff through completion. This role owns all event details after booking, including room setup, seating plans, event timelines, staffing coordination, menu arrangements, and day-of execution.

The roles responsibility requires being comfortable driving large vehicles such as box truck or panel van, loading and unloading event assets, and setting them up. The Field Manager is responsible for directing the use of event resources, event set-up equipment, and labor as needed to ensure maximum effectiveness of the brand message and achievement of campaign objectives.
