Coordinates and strategizes with SPW and Family of Companies involvement by ensuring scope clarity, appropriate risk allocation, and competitive positioning, and oversees bid solicitation, scope leveling, final pricing review, trade partner risk and opportunities in partnership with Sr and Lead estimators. Coordinates with design, engineering, and procurement teams to integrate constructability reviews and value engineering into preconstruction planning while partnering with safety, project operations, scheduling, and field operations stakeholders, ensuring their insights are reflected in logistics, phasing, and cost assumptions.
