Reporting to the Director of Engineering & Manufacturing Operations, the Engineering Manager will translate organizational priorities into executable engineering plans; develop the technical capability of the engineering team; and provide leadership for process troubleshooting, improvement, and manufacturing readiness. Lead process-engineering execution for new process introduction, process transfer, and operational handoff, partnering with R&D, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, and Equipment Engineering to ensure processes are qualified, documented, trained, and ready for sustained execution.
