The role is approximately 70% strategic leadership and 30% hands-on technical depth, working closely with clinical, operational, financial, HR, IT, Information Security, and executive stakeholders to improve decision-making, strengthen governance, reduce manual effort, and increase trust in enterprise data and systems. The Director will oversee a multidisciplinary portfolio spanning data and AI governance, data engineering and architecture, enterprise analytics including Epic Cogito, application integration, robotic process automation, test automation, and the Workday ERP platform.
