The leadership philosophy of the office can be described in three guiding principles: People (i.e., a human-centered caring approach to best support our students, alumni, employers and colleagues; the MBACM office is informed by the practices of positive psychology), Platforms (i.e., supporting our stakeholders at scale, on demand and in a personalized way requires the use of digital platforms in an well-designed ecosystem), and Data (i.e., using data to build models to understand student, alumni and employer success so that we can expand and democratize that success across all stakeholders). + MBA or other graduate degree strongly preferred along with a minimum of five to seven years of prior work experience in recruiting, job placement, career counseling or coaching, and/or significant industry experience in one or more of the following industries: Consulting, Consumer Products, Diversified Financial Services, Energy, Health Care, Hedge Funds, Investment Banking, Investment Management, Manufacturing, Media & Entertainment, Private Equity, Public Interest, Real Estate, Retail, Technology, Travel & Hospitality, Venture Capital, or Entrepreneurship.
