As a senior member of the IT leadership team, this role will also play a critical role building IT leadership depth, strengthening business partner capabilities within IT, mentoring emerging leaders, and ensuring continuity of knowledge, relationships, and strategic execution across key technology domains. The Executive Director, IT Business Partner, Commercial & Medical will serve as a senior IT leader responsible for partnering with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and related business functions to define and execute technology strategies that enable commercial launch readiness, scalable growth, compliant operations, and long-term business value.
