This includes leading the ongoing evolution of procurement tools, policies, workflows, intake processes, approval frameworks, supplier governance, and spend management practices that improve scalability, efficiency, compliance, and business partnership across the organization. Reporting to the VP, Finance and Controller, the Head of Procurement will lead Revolution Medicines' enterprise procurement function, including procurement strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement operations, governance, and transformation initiatives.
