Position Summary: Operates and maintains all mechanical equipment, such as air handlers, air compressors, refrigeration units, hot water boilers, exhaust fans, pneumatic controls, air conditioning equipment, and emergency power equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or craw; talk to hear, and taste or smell.
