As the Executive Director, Business & Data Analytics - Voice of the Member, you will lead the strategy, vision, and execution of USAA's member feedback survey programs and advanced analytics capabilities that transform member insights into meaningful business outcomes, and the research enablement function that supports research and feedback program execution. This executive leadership role is responsible for overseeing the survey and analytics functions linked to member feedback, including program design, information strategy and architecture, data management, information governance, analytics and insights delivery, and business intelligence support.
