This means identifying which customers can expand into additional products, departments, or locations, and running a full sales cycle to get there. You will carry a quota, build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting into your account base, and close deals.Customer Success manages renewals and adoption. You sell. If your experience is primarily renewals, health scores, or relationship management, this is not the right fit. If you have a track record of finding your own way into new departments, new stakeholders, and new opportunities inside existing accounts, keep reading.As a Growth Account Executive, you will:<ul><li>Prospect into your assigned account base to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across new products, departments, and locations.</li><li>Run a full sales cycle from first outreach through close, including discovery, multi-stakeholder navigation, demos, proposals, and negotiation.</li><li>Achieve and exceed assigned sales revenue quota targeting the mid-market customer segment.</li><li>Build and maintain pipeline at 3x quota through self-generated outbound activity.</li><li>Conduct needs assessments across multiple customer groups (technical, line of business, and executive).</li><li>Connect customer business objectives to TCP capabilities, identifying gaps between current state and desired outcomes.</li><li>Maintain accurate, up-to-date account and opportunity records in Salesforce.</li><li>Forecast revenue weekly with discipline and precision.</li><li>Partner with Customer Success to stay informed on account health, while owning the expansion sales motion independently.</li><li>Travel up to 25%</li></ul>RequirementsExperience and Track Record<ul><li><ul><li>2-3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience with full-cycle ownership (prospecting to close).</li><li>Demonstrated experience finding and selling to new stakeholders inside an existing account base, not just maintaining existing relationships.</li><li>Consistent quota attainment with specific numbers you can speak to.</li><li>B2B background selling a considered purchase where deals required discovery, multiple conversations, and a defined sales process. SaaS or software is a plus; backgrounds in payroll services, HR consulting, staffing, or managed services transfer well.</li><li>Experience managing a high-volume account book and prioritizing outbound activity across it.</li></ul></li></ul>Sales Methodology and Skills<ul><li><ul><li>Consultative selling approach with the ability to conduct discovery that uncovers business problems, not just technical requirements.</li><li>Ability to map product capabilities to business outcomes and build a clear value case.</li><li>Outbound prospecting skills. You have generated your own pipeline through cold outreach, not just worked inbound leads.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to present to director and VP-level stakeholders.</li><li>Clear understanding of where expansion sales ends and Customer Success begins, with the ability to articulate that boundary.</li></ul></li></ul>Deal Management<ul><li><ul><li>Familiarity with multi-stakeholder sales cycles where more than one decision-maker is involved.</li><li>Demonstrated pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy.</li><li>Consistent CRM use with detailed opportunity tracking. SUMMARY:   Functions as a key team member responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to administrative, and HR duties and providing support to the management team. (In person position)DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Adheres to the mission of SERCO. </li><li>Provides administrative support for SERCO operations. </li><li>Facilitates logistical needs for efficient management coordination. </li><li>Facilitates communications between regional offices via online tools such as Webex, Zoom, Teams, Skype, Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Docs, and other remote communication tools. </li><li>Maintains the Project Director's project management schedule to anticipate operational support needs. </li><li>Assists with maintaining workflow resources. </li><li>Coordinates activities for the regional offices and arranges necessary schedules of events. </li><li>Monitors, records, and routes incoming/outgoing correspondence. </li><li>Assists with preparation and proofreading of correspondence and reports. </li><li>Maintains Project Director’s files in an efficient accessible and easy distribution system. </li><li>Assists with the transcription of minutes of the management team meetings and in preparing to follow-up action plans and outcome expectations. </li><li>Assists with forecasting the annual schedule of staff development and employee training follow-up. </li><li>Supports payroll, human resources, communications, and employee assistance efforts for Project Director. </li><li>Assists with onboarding new hires </li><li>Assists with bi-weekly payroll process and validates that all payroll codes and hours are submitted properly prior to submission by the Project Director </li><li>Facilitates Project Director’s expenditures reports and after-travel expense reports. </li><li>Performs program, government affairs, operational research, and evaluation tasks.
