Food Service Operation • Assists Director of Signature Dining with ordering, monitoring, and maintaining an adequate inventory of all food supplies, and kitchen and dining room small wares and equipment, to ensure efficient and effective operation of the food service program, may include executing the above duties as part of their duties or in the absence of the• Director of Signature Dining• Assists Director of Signature Dining with menus and ensures that meals provide variety, interest, and appeal,• while meeting the nutritional needs of the residents• Ensures that food is attractively presented.• Purpose: To assist and provide support to the Director of Signature Dining in both culinary and administrative tasks of the dining service’s program including scheduling, inventory/budget control, safe food handling, preparation, and storage; as well as safety and sanitation, and to ensure that residents and guests are consistently offered a superior dining experience.
