Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in executive leadership, strategic planning, organizational performance management, project or program management, operational excellence, public administration, or business operations, including five (5) years of management or executive-level experience overseeing complex, cross-functional initiatives preferred. Working collaboratively with the Mayor, CAO, Executive Leadership Team, Department Directors, and key stakeholders, this position provides the structure, governance, and operational discipline necessary for executive leadership to successfully implement Citywide strategic initiatives aligned with policy, leadership, and organizational direction.
