Support Charette through its one-year conditional renewal, including engaging with RIDE, Charette’s Board of Directors, and the broader community; Radically improve the quality of instruction in every classroom, including the implementation of best practices and review of current and new instructional materials; Maintain a high degree of engagement with the Board, faculty, students, and families throughout this renewal period, including managing proactive communication, addressing concerns, and providing opportunities for community Q&A; Identify, create or modify, and implement high quality systems that maximize efficiency. Act as a spokesperson for the school to the broader Providence and Rhode Island communities, RIDE and fellow charter schools; Establish good working relationships and collaborative arrangements with community groups, funders, politicians, RIDE, the Rhode Island League of Charter Public Schools and other organizations to help achieve the goals of the organization.
