Required: Bachelor's degree; three-five years of experience in a higher education system; a working knowledge of the organizational structure, policies, procedures, and operations of the university; office management and supervisory experience; demonstrated leadership in meeting deadlines; proven ability to exercise sound judgment in interpreting, communicating, and applying policy; discretion in handling confidential assignments and information. The Executive Assistant will act at the direction of the President/VP Business Affairs with vice-presidents, associate/assistant vice-presidents, deans, directors, faculty, staff, and students, external organizations including RUSO and OSRHE, and the public.
