About the role
We’re hiring a sharp proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO for our client.
The Content Lead (Office of the CEO) will work closely alongside the CEO to capture, create, and amplify high-impact content that strengthens the CEO’s voice, builds brand presence, and brings the company’s story to life across digital platforms and live experiences. - Own and execute real-time content creation for the CEO, capturing insights, meetings, travel, and day-to-day moments, and turning them into high-quality LinkedIn posts, videos, and thought leadership.
We are looking for a highly experienced Executive Assistant (8+ years) who operates more like a Chief of Staff—someone who can manage the chaos of a high-growth founder’s life so he can focus entirely on product and growth. Executive Presence & Stakeholder Management: Acting as the primary liaison for high-profile contacts, including Hospital CEOs, Board Members, and Investors.
