Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredStrong experience with payroll tax filings, payments, and reconciliationsExperience with full-cycle accounting and month-end closeKnowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirementsStrong understanding of treasury management and cash flow processesExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracyProficiency with Excel and accounting systems. Prepare and process daily payroll tax filings and paymentsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulationsPerform monthly reconciliations with a strong focus on payroll, benefits, and tax-related accountsSupport payroll accounting activities and related reporting requirements.
