Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field • 8-12+ years of experience in internal controls, SOX, audit, or compliance • Demonstrated experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale integrations • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives in fast-paced, evolving environments • Preferred: CPA, CIA or similar professional certification • Experience in a global, matrixed organization • Exposure to ERP implementations or system integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
