Develops and presents educational programs for the participants, staff, and community, monitors and analyzes data in order to achieve optimal clinical, financial, and safety outcomes, utilization, and service. Responsible for evaluating, planning, implementing, coordinating options and services to meet the patients health needs through communication and available resources to promote quality cost-effective outcomes.
