The Corporate Counsel will provide legal advice on a broad spectrum of legal issues, including the following: Healthcare Regulatory and Compliance Matters: Advise providers, administrators, and leadership on state and federal healthcare regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and privacy laws, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare and Medicaid program requirements, and state licensure and scope-of-practice matters. The Corporate Counsel will serve as a trusted legal advisor to physicians and other healthcare providers, executives, operational leaders, and administrative staff on a broad range of legal, regulatory, compliance, employment, transactional, and risk-management matters.
