The basic function of the Fabricator is to measure, cut, punch, bend, and fasten chassis and face panels and sub-assemblies used in the manufacture of all scoreboard products. All aspects of employment including the decision to hire, promote, discipline, or discharge, will be based on merit, competence, performance, and business needs.
