Determine well-defined methods for collecting, compiling, and analyzing data from the physical work site, surveys, blueprints, GIS data, subsurface utility information, maps, hydrologic analysis, geotechnical data, and other matrices for project development, design, and construction. The successful candidate will be able to lead and support a diverse range of topics under the broad umbrella of civil engineering, such as: hydrology, hydraulics, civil design, water management, preparation of construction documents, regulatory compliance, and surface water management.
