Major Responsibilities: • Perform HVAC maintenance and repair • Perform plumbing and electrical repairs and installations • Provide remodeling and general maintenance services • Repair and maintain equipment for various departments • Assist other College departments as needed • Respond to fire alarms during work hours • Assist with snow and ice removal operations • Respond to after-hours emergencies as required.
