Coordination and expediting, as necessary, for all assigned project procurement activities, including the review and approval of all equipment and material engineering specifications and technical data sheets, Request for Quotation ("RFQ") and Request for Purchase ("RFP") packages, coordinating responses to vendor clarification requests, evaluating vendor proposals, and overseeing the selection of equipment and materials that meets the project design requirements. Work Environment / Environmental Factors: Environmental factors mostly consist of work being conducted in an indoor office environment, but is not limited to extreme temperatures (e.g., cold, heat), fumes, variable weather conditions, outdoor work, and noise due to some travel & work at operating client facilities and active construction sites.
