Performs routine and skilled repairs involving HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, doors, hardware, fixtures, finishes, and other building components, within the employee’s training, experience, and applicable regulations. Performs skilled maintenance, repair, and upkeep of Association facilities, buildings, equipment, and other community assets, including troubleshooting building and facility systems and determining appropriate corrective action.
