Complete preventative maintenance to include checking control panels, electrical wiring, HVAC, thermostats, door, interior/exterior lighting including bulb replacement, plumbing, roof, fencing, and general premises on a routine schedule to identify issues and troubleshoot as needed. Conduct preventive maintenance to mechanical devices and run diagnostic tests to ensure system functionality; conduct general upkeep procedures and tasks as assigned including, but not limited to landscaping, painting, carpentry, etc.
