The core responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Develop, lead and actively manage the Aero Long Beach property management team, with a focus on team building, individual career growth, succession planning, training, mentoring, accountability, performance management and alignment with company objectives. Keep the VP, Asset and Property Management - Los Angeles informed of material team performance issues, staffing concerns, leadership gaps, tenant service risks and operational matters that may impact the asset, tenant experience or execution of business plans.
