This role works closely with production, engineering, maintenance, and leadership teams to complete plant layout changes, launch new assembly areas, and support improvement projects that enhance safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost. The successful candidate must be comfortable working directly with production teams, observing manufacturing processes, supporting hands-on problem solving, and navigating a production environment that may include machinery, tooling, moving equipment, and required personal protective equipment.
