Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, homeland security, security management, business administration, or a related field with 5-8 years of related experience, or Master's degree in a related field with 3-6 years of related experience in industrial security, personnel security, facility security, classified program administration, government security compliance, military security operations, or a related discipline. Working cross-functionally with Information Technology, Human Resources, Legal, program management, government representatives, customers, and other business functions, this role supports industrial security operations, classified program requirements, security assessments, and compliance initiatives that strengthen organizational security and operational effectiveness.
