Support deployment of lean principles into our construction job sites, collaborating with project executives, project managers, superintendents, and field leadership to improve project delivery (labor productivity, schedule adherence, and field execution consistency). This key leadership role will drive operational excellence, productivity improvement, quality enhancement, schedule reliability, and cost reduction through the deployment of Lean principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and a culture of problem-solving.
