The role is accountable for safe, reliable, and cost-effective execution of the production plan; disciplined planning and scheduling; WIP flow; productivity and yield improvement; operational quality; maintenance and facilities coordination; and development of a high-performing Operations organization. Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, EHS, Purchasing, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Sales, and Product Management to resolve issues and execute site priorities.
