While performing the duties of this job the employee is: regularly required to stoop, lift, kneel, crouch, reach with hands and arms, stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands to finger, feel, type, grasp, use repetitive motion; frequently required to climb, balance, push, pull, and perform heavy work by exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Provide Vice President of Facilities with feedback as to the physical conditions of all credit union owned or leased properties while maintaining a defined regimen of maintenance at each, completing any required paperwork or reports.
